Preceding her time at Meta (Facebook) she worked for LinkedIn and Dell as a Talent Acquisition Partner & before that as a HR Partner in France.

As Managing Director at Novelia SA, a bespoke provider of Assessment Centres and Talent Development in Switzerland, Frode helps companies to optimize their Human Capital solutions. He enjoys building future-proof Governance & Leadership solutions, and establishing effective, durable linkages between Strategy, Culture and Talent.
Frode teaches Corporate Strategy, Global Leadership and Talent for EMBA and MBA students in renowned business schools. He is also active in some scale-up Boards.
He has a master’s in economics from Fribourg University, Switzerland and post-grads from IMD, Lausanne and Thunderbird, Phoenix. His doctoral degree - focused on Cultural Ignorance - was granted by Grenoble Management School and Sant’Anna Institute Pisa.

Indi Seehra is Director of Human Resources at the London School of Economics and Political Science.  He is also the Chair of the Board of the parent company to Vitae, CRAC.  Vitae is dedicated to releasing the potential of Researchers through transforming their professional and career development. Indi held a number of significant private and public sector appointments including HR Director of the Crown Prosecution Service and subsequently the Serious Organised Crime Agency (now NCA).  Over recent years he has been involved with respective European Union Task Groups looking to overcome the barriers to mobility for Researchers and has most recently been on the task group to launch Resaver, a new European wide pension scheme for Research Institution. Until May 2014, he headed up Human Resources at the University of Cambridge and a Visiting Member of Jesus College, Cambridge and a visiting lecturer to two institutions in North India.

Carlsberg, which has his home base in Copenhagen Denmark, is currently the 3rd biggest beer-brewing company in the world. Previously to joining Carlsberg Andre was the Group Director Learning at Metro A.G, Developer and Facilitator of Cultural Transformation Program at Friesland Campina, CEO MCC Croatia at Metro Cash and Carry and CEO IKEA Iberica.

Currently ING is rolling out Step Up Performance Management: a new way of working that aims to improve the performance culture of the bank by moving from a retrospective review process to a real-time improvement process. In the roll-out the focus is to not only technically implement the framework, but really create a new performance culture.

Before joining the gaming world six years ago Anna worked in HR development and managerial roles in Technical Research Center of Finland as well as in pharmaceutical and logistics industries. Anna holds Master degree in Political Science and is currently finalizing Master studies in Business and Economics in Aalto University in Finland.
