Arturo Poire is the Global Head of Talent Management for Ericsson. In this role, Arturo is directly responsible for Talent Management for the company, including: Executive and Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Diversity, Early Career Programs, Organizational Development and Employee Engagement. Prior to joining Ericsson in 2012, Arturo was the Global Head of Talent Management for Marsh & McLennan Companies (MMC), based in New York. Before MMC, he spent 12 years with Citigroup in HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management roles and projects globally. The main areas of focus during his years at Citigroup were M&A Integration, Organizational Restructuring, Strategic Staffing and Talent Management.

David Lamy is the director of Global HR Shared Services at Coca Cola Enterprises where he is responsible for multiple areas within the Human Resources shared services function in 8 different markets. CCE has implemented a new HR delivery model in 2009 and the company identified needs to change the way the model was delivered. The first step was to move from a process structure to a customer structure. The call Center support and the HR administration team have developed a new employee experience. After 2 years, the customer feedback is regular measure above 90% satisfaction. Last year the HeRe team was internally recognized by the Golden Crown Awards for the customer focus. Previously, David worked for 7 years as HRD supporting Field Sales or Supply chain BU in EU, he also collaborated to the Starbucks Coffee journey in FR as VP HR during the 5 initial years in the new market. David’s Background is in Human Resources (HR) with strong Labor Relation and talent management David worked as a Corporate Labor Director for LVMH group, based in France. He also worked as Labor Manager and HRBP for Air France in France and Spain. David is passionate about improvement and strive to enhance the employee experience in every companies he has worked for.

Barbara is the former Global Head of Leadership Development at Novartis where she was in charge for creating strategy and leading dispersed global project teams in the design and delivery of novel tools and processes to develop the division’s top 170 commercial leadership positions and their pipelines. Barbara was also the head of Talent Management, Graduate Recruitment & Development, Leadership Development and Training for the Wholesale Banking business line of ING Group. Previous to her work for ING, Barbara worked 20 years for 3M Company, both in the United States and in Europe. With her University studies in anthropology, Barbara has always been interested in people and cultures, has worked in Greece where she established a world Class HR Department. She also was responsible for Sales Learning and culture change in Eastern Europe and the Middle East. She worked in Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Russia, the Balkans, and the rest of Eastern Europe.
Senior Fellow, Transformation Faculty LeadPhilips
Teddy Frank is the Senior Fellow, Transformation Faculty Lead for Philips. In this role she designs and executes enterprise-wide systems change to enable cultural transformation. She serves as a Master Facilitator, Coach and Advisor to senior leadership teams undergoing major change and transformation in the businesses and builds core skills and capabilities for addressing complex technical and adaptive business challenges. Teddy is recognized as an innovator in developing transformational leadership platforms to promote broad scale engagement in complex change environments. Teddy was formerly the Global Culture and Change Management Practice Leader for Philips where she established both the culture and the change management practice at Philips. In these roles, she developed the culture strategy, methodology to build leadership transformation and change management capabilities and provided strategic and operational support for large-scale change initiatives across the enterprise.

Anja Andersen is Corporate Brand Manager in shipping and energy conglomerate Maersk. Anja has more than seven years of experience with project management within different areas such as Marketing, Communication, Management, Events and Conferences. Anja has a great way of putting vision in to action and risk to take the road less traveled. She believes that if you can dream it, you can do it.

Danny’s passion is ensuring that organisations have the right people in the right place to maximise business results. Danny was Director of Global Talent at Panasonic Corporation from 2008-2013 and was instrumental in the development and implementation of Panasonic’s Talent Management’s policies and procedures. Danny joined Panasonic in 1992. He took on a number of HR roles including HR Director for Panasonic’s European Operations. Working closely with his international colleagues, he was responsible for leading a more systematic approach to identifying and developing Panasonic’s Executives.
