She has transformed research storytelling and social channels, developed award-winning communications strategies and redefined science communications. Summer successfully transformed the digital and social strategy at CSIRO, Australia's national science agency, Yarra Trams and Swinburne University of Technology. She currently leads the research communications and marketing strategy at the University of Melbourne. Summer is committed to leading creative, collaborative and courageous AI-enabled communications teams to deliver impact. She is a certified organisational coach and passionate about supporting the next generation of leaders.
