Nikolina Dizdar Čehulić

Nikolina Dizdar Čehulić began her professional career at Arthur Andersen before joining Ernst & Young in 2002. She joined PLIVA in 2004 as a Senior Financial Analyst and soon progressed into leadership roles across finance and controlling. In 2009, she assumed a European-level position within the Teva Group as Director of Finance and Accounting, before joining General Electric GBS in 2010 as Regional Leader for Southeast Europe.

Nikolina returned to PLIVA in 2013, when she was appointed Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Management Board. In 2023, she expanded her responsibilities as Regional Finance Director for Southeast Europe within the Teva Group, supporting strategic planning and the company’s international operations across the region.

On 1 May 2025, Nikolina was appointed President of the Management Board of PLIVA Hrvatska and General Manager of Commercial Operations for Croatia and Southeast Europe. She holds a degree from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Zagreb and has completed an Executive MBA programme. In 2026, she was elected President of the Croatian Employers’ Association’s Association of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers.
