Kirsten Bethmann

Kirsten Bethmann is a passionate and multifaced HR leader who celebrates more than 10 years with Mars and has worked in various HR and communications roles with a focus on Employer Reputation, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. At Mars, Kirsten globally heads-up the Employer Reputation team and is responsible for all elements of Mars’ Employer Reputation including the global Employer Value Proposition, digital and talent marketing strategies and programs. Kirsten holds a post-graduate degree (Master) in Multimedia Communications.  She’s known for her collaborative working style and her passion for creating a work environment in which everyone can thrive. Outside of work Kirsten enjoys travelling and likes doing sports outdoors such as windsurfing.
