Kirsten Bethmann

Kirsten Bethmann is a passionate and multifaced HR leader who celebrates more than 12 years with Mars and has worked in various HR and communications roles with a focus on Employee Listening and Experience, Employer Reputation, and Talent Management. At Mars, Kirsten globally heads-up the Associate Listening and Employer Reputation function and is responsible for listening across the Associate lifecycle including the annual all employee survey, transforming Associate Experience insights into a compelling global Employer Value Proposition, as well as digital and talent marketing strategies and programs. Kirsten holds a post-graduate degree (Master) in Multimedia Communications.  She’s known for her collaborative working style and her passion for creating a work environment in which everyone can thrive. Outside of work Kirsten enjoys travelling and likes doing sports outdoors such as windsurfing.
