Ken Dooley is a Professor of Smart Building and Smart City Services at Aalto University. Aalto is Finland’s leading university for technology, business, and design. In the past he has held roles such as Chief Data Officer, Chief Product Officer and Innovation Director. His current focus is on new organisational design and collaboration methods to take advantage of AI. He has co-authored the book Inbetweeners: How to Translate Tech into Customer Value in the AI Era which will be released on 23.4.
