Stephen began his career in operations leadership at PepsiCo before moving into Human Resources at Johnson & Johnson, where he held roles across talent acquisition, workforce analytics, rewards, and HR strategy. This cross functional background enables him to bridge business and people topics, translating strategy into practical, data driven solutions.
He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering from Queen’s University and an MBA from HEC Paris, and is originally from Toronto, Canada.
