After more than 30 years in operational management, Marieke made a deliberate career shift to Learning & Development three years ago. In this role, she combines her extensive operational experience with a forward-thinking, open-minded approach. Known for thinking out of the box and embracing change, she drives innovation in learning, including the development and application of AI-driven solutions.
Today, she presents the key challenges and learnings from the implementation of the Center Parcs Guest Coach tool—introducing a new and innovative way of training within Center Parcs.
