Libby Mattner leads Global Culture and Associate Experience at Mars, where she focuses on how culture is shaped, strengthened and experienced across one of the world’s most recognisable global organisations. Her work sits at the intersection of people, leadership, values and everyday employee experience, helping translate culture from intention into behaviours, practices and moments that matter.

At Mars, Libby works with the challenge of building a shared cultural foundation across a large and diverse organisation, while recognising that culture cannot be copied and pasted across every business, function or market. Her work explores how global values can create consistency and connection, while still allowing different parts of the organisation to build cultures that reflect their people, customers and operating realities.
