Maria Angelica is currently the Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Ericsson. The focus of her current role is to oversee and drive the implementation of the diversity strategy across 10 regions and 4 business areas for over 110,000 employees. Before joining Ericsson, Maria Angelica worked in the financial services industry. She held the role of Head of Diversity and Inclusion for Europe, Middle East and Africa regions at UBS covering 29 countries. She also held the position of Diversity Specialist for the HSBC Global Businesses where she held responsibility for the development and implementation of the diversity and inclusion strategy for nine global businesses and approximately 40,000 employees. Maria Angelica comes from a background of employee engagement, performance management, organisational development and organisational culture.
