Dominic Schulze

Dominic Schulze is HR Director Switzerland at Hero Group and a member of the Hero Switzerland’s Executive Management Team. With more than 15 years of experience across FMCG and Pharma, he has led complex business and HR transformations spanning workforce redesign, operating model change, leadership alignment, and large-scale change execution across Europe, the U.S., and Asia. Before joining Hero, he held several global HR and transformation roles at Novartis. Dominic is known for bringing strong business acumen, disciplined execution, and a pragmatic transformation mindset to high-pressure environments where leaders must create measurable value. He holds an MSc in Organizational Psychology from the University of Basel and completed part of his studies at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
