Angelina Michail is the Head of HR for Ecolab’s European Headquarters and Switzerland, holding a strategic mandate across HR Europe and the Downstream business to shape people experience and organizational effectiveness.

With over 15 years of experience in strategic HR transformation, organizational culture, and diversity, equity & inclusion, she drives digital innovation in HR, leading Copilot adoption across the function and advancing the integration of AI into HR service delivery.

Angelina has designed and implemented multi-country DE&I programs and led the successful achievement of Ecolab’s first-ever Great Place to Work® certification across 28 European countries, delivering measurable improvements in engagement, trust, and employee experience. Her work is grounded in a continuous improvement mindset, aligning people strategy, processes, and culture with business outcomes.

A certified leadership professional and boardroom member, Angelina is passionate about building inclusive, high-performing environments where people, purpose, and performance converge.
