Giovanni Everduin is a global expert on Organizational Strategy, Analytics, Culture and HR.
He has worked in a variety of roles within industry and consulting environments, including global Fortune 500 companies to local Middle Eastern banks and start-ups.

A Harvard Business School alum, he is the Managing Partner of the ETNICITY Group, a boutique advisory firm that specializes in cross industry organizational strategy, analytics and culture consulting, as well as creative direction and new product development for fashion and retail brands. In addition he serves as Senior Advisor for HR & Organizational Development at Boston Global – a US based Communications & Performance consultancy, Senior Advisor to Peoplecart – an India based social Rewards/Recognition & Performance Management platform and as Senior Advisor of Product & Brand Strategy for Qlearsite – a London based People Analytics firm.
In his last industry role he served as Chief People Officer of Tanfeeth, the GCC’s first, fast growing, Shared Services & Advisory organization in Dubai where he helped build a unique business model and culture that was documented in a Harvard Business School Case Study (Tanfeeth: Bringing Service Excellence to the GCC – 2015).
Giovanni is a published writer and global speaker on various topics around The Future of Work, Analytics and Shared Services. In his spare time he is an avid collector of sneakers.

She is a passionate person for whom the greatest career achievement is to bring out the best in talents and being surrounded by the people that encourage her to be a better human being and professional.
As a Global Change & Learning Manager based in London, Maud is operating across the globe with a focus on enabling the potential of teams and talents that surround her. 
Her will is to be a partner, teacher and advocate to the teams she supports; ensure they have the guidance and resources to turn their high-impact work into the talents’ Meta needs now and in the future.
Preceding her time at Meta (Facebook) she worked for LinkedIn and Dell as a Talent Acquisition Partner & before that as a HR Partner in France. 

Jean-Noël Thiollier

Jean-Noël is Group HR Director at Groupe SYNERLAB. Previously Jean-Noël held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the French national employment agency, ANPE, in preparation for its merger with the national agency for unemployment insurance. He was also the Director Talent & Reward for Disneyland Paris from September 2008 till July 2013. His responsibilities included defining appropriate recruitment and remuneration policies to make Disneyland® Paris one of Europe’s favourite employers. Jean-Noël was Vice President HR for the EMEA region at Tech Data and Chief People and Inclusion Officer France, Turkey, MENA and Global Change Lead HR Effectiveness at Dentsu Aegis Network. 

Anne Morrison

Chair

Anne Morrison is Chair of Pearson College London’s Governing Body and is a senior media executive, coach and keynote speaker. She is Creative Director of Factual Programmes at Nevision, a London-based independent production company, where she has recently executive produced several feature documentaries, including The Missing Children for ITV’s Exposure strand. 
She was Chair of BAFTA from 2014 to 2016, the second woman to hold the position in the organisation’s history. She is a member of the Communication and Engagement Committee for the British Academy and of the Annual Review Panel for BBC-branded magazines at BBC Studios. Previously she was a Governor of the University of the Arts London, Chair of Creative Skillset’s TV Committee, a Trustee of the Charleston Trust and a board member of Women in Film and TV.
She is a frequent speaker internationally on issues such as diversity, employability, and creativity and has her own coaching practice. Throughout her career, she has been committed to the development of new talent. Until 2014 she was Director of the BBC Academy, the BBC’s centre for training, which she launched in 2009.
In her television career, having worked as a producer/director, she held senior management positions for 20 years at the BBC, and was responsible for hundreds of hours of factual television including many award-winning programmes.
Anne was educated in Belfast and Churchill College, Cambridge.

Sergio Snyder

Sergio Snyder started his career with Marriott in 1991 and has worked in three continents, and 25 different countries over his 32-year tenure with the company.  He has held several HR Leadership roles throughout his career with Marriott both on Property and above Property. In 2007, he became the Regional Director of Training for Continental Europe and in April 2011 moved as Area Director of Human Resources for Easter Europe where he worked for 7 years. He joined Western Europe in November 2018 and Western Europe and Maghreb in 2020 as Dir of HR Operations before moving to his current role in the UAE. He is fluent in English and Spanish and is a graduate of Westminster College in London, the London Institute, and a member of the Institute of Personnel in the UK (CIPD)

Andre De Wit until recently served as Vice President Learning and Capability Building for the Carlsberg-group, an internationally Beer-brewing company with 45.000 employees and factories in 40 countries mainly in North, Western & Eastern Europe and Asia. Carlsberg, which has his home base in Copenhagen Denmark, is currently the 3rd biggest beer-brewing company in the world. Previously to joining Carlsberg Andre was the Group Director Learning at Metro A.G, Developer and Facilitator of Cultural Transformation Program at Friesland Campina, CEO MCC Croatia at Metro Cash and Carry and CEO IKEA Iberica.

Paolo Vasques

Graduate in Political sciences with international law specialization, MBA in Business Management, Paolo has gained valuable experience in HR management of Italian and multinational companies like Fiat Auto, Alcoa and from 2010 Benetton Group. In 2015 has signed with the unions an important and innovative agreement to renew the company collective bargaining regarding the Corporate welfare; In February 2017 he has signed the renewal agreement of the national  textile collective bargaining (420.000 employees) in Italy. Paolo is also a member of Benetton’s sustainable committee.

Virginia Colurcio

Virginia is the Former HR Director EMEA at Netflix. She holds a degree in law from University of Naples (Italy), integrated by studies at University of Gent (Belgium), University of Groningen (the Netherlands) and University of Cambridge (UK). Prior Netflix she has worked for: Anthos Int. as Global Head of HR, as Director of IR/ER & Supply Chain Benelux at Unilever where she was responsible for the relationship with the Unions and for the HR strategy in the factories. Prior Unilever Virginia had worked as Senior HR Director International at Belkin, being strategically responsible for HR in EMEA and APAC. Virginia has started her business career at Transcom where she spent 10 years in different international HR positions. Before joining Transcom she lectured for 4 years at Univercity of Groningen (the Netherlands).
