He holds three Master's Degrees in Management from highly esteemed universities in London, Germany, and Paris and has lived in Paris, Berlin, Dublin, and London before relocating to Dubai.

Previous to this he headed up social and digital work for Proctor & Gamble at Ketchum. Before joining Microsoft in early 2015, Fabretti was digital and social media lead at Telefonica, where he oversaw global and European digital and social media vision and initiatives and made sure the company was seen as a beacon of both social media innovation and best practice. He was previously head of the award-winning O2 UK social media team. Fabretti's previous role as digital director of Brazen PR saw him manage the digital/social output for over 12 million fans (some global) across 20+ social media channels.

Hussein Dajani

Hussein has over 13 years of solid Marketing Communication experience in the space leading and building integrated marketing practices within multinational agencies (JWT, Leo Burnett, and TBWA\) and client side (Fortune 500 companies - Virgin Mobile and Red Bull), across the Middle East and Africa region. Hussein was among the first batch of WPP MENA employees to receive the renowned WPP Young High Potential Leaders award from Sir Martin Sorrell (Chairman and Worldwide President of WPP) and Bob Jeffrey (Chairman and Worldwide President of JWT). At present, Hussein is working as a Marketing Communications Consultant in the MENA region, as Chief Operating Officer at Hug Digital, as a Digital Strategy and Social Media Marketing Lecturer at DM3 Institute, and as a Mentor at Turn8 and Arabreneur. Hussein is also a speaker at various conferences throughout the region (Social Media Summit, Marketing Kingdom, Saudi Mobile Conference, Young Arab Leaders, American University in Dubai, etc) and is a weekly guest speaker on Monte Carlo Radio discussing the latest innovations and trends in Telecom, Digital, Tech, Marketing, and Communication. Ibrahim Badreddeen


Ibrahim leads’s Qatar Operation, where he is responsible for developing strategies and approaches for growth and profitability, as well as managing operations. He also has extensive knowledge of Recruitment practices and concepts. Mr. Badredeen has worked in the field for over 9 years in various capacities, and has given numerous business presentations at conferences in this field. He is passionate about business development and Recruitment, having successfully led a sizeable operation for many years. His role is to ensure that provides outstanding and reliable service to Qatari employers at all times. Mr. Badreddeen is an MIS graduate from the Lebanese American University, and he holds an HR Diploma from the American University of Cairo as well as Executive masters from HEC Paris in “Strategic Business Unit Management”.
