Sébastien Desroches has been working for Merck since 2007 within the IT PMO team. He started as Quality Control Coordinator in IT Projects and is now in charge of global project and portfolio reporting. Sébastien is also in responsible of the IT Project Management application and its improvements.
Marie Flore Ruffin, IT PMO Specialist , Merck
Marie Flore has been working for Merck for 3 years. After coordinating the IT Pharma Projects, she joined the IT PMO team as a checkpoint expert. Marie-Flore is now working as a Performance Specialist within IT.
Dimitri Kalokyris, IT Director Benelux, France, Spain , Unilever
Dimitri joined Unilever in 1992 in the Home and Personal Care business group. He was appointed IT Manager of the Belgian operations in 1995 and was then involved in a number of business transformations supported by SAP implementations (including disposals and M&A’s). In 1999, he moved to Paris first as a European Project Manager and lately to lead the Finance and Customer Development IT Europe teams : he was in charge of the roll-out of Innovations as well as organising the Application Services supporting Financial and Customer Development Processes. In 2004, he moved to Eastern Europe and became Head of IT for Central and Eastern Europe, looking after 40+ offices across 20 countries. He was involved in large re-organisation aiming at aligning processes across Europe : infrastructure (telecom, data centres), applications (cloud, ASP). In 2006, he became IT Director of a pan-European SAP integration program aiming at bringing all of Europe in one single instance of SAP (25.000 users across 50 countries and 54 factories). In 2008, he decided to accept an offer at Volvo Financial Services where he became Head of IT Europe : his main focus was to propose and implement a strategy for aligning processes and solutions across Europe. In 2011, Unilever approached him with a new opportunity to take the lead of multiple local IT Organisations in a Global IT and Business framework.
Alberto Peralta, CIO Italy , AstraZeneca
Alberto Peralta is an Information Systems Manager, with broad experience in all aspects of Applications and Service Management. He has extensive track record in implementing and deploying systems in international environments, and in diverse industries ranging from telecommunications, engineering, fast moving consumer goods to life sciences. Currently Alberto is the CIO Italy for AstraZeneca where he is responsible for the creation, management and update of all sales and marketing applications for the head offices and field force. His main fields of expertise are budgeting and strategic planning, portfolio management, architecture definition, account and service management and systems implementation. He has previous working experience in Coca Cola Bevande Italy and Sirti.
Ludwig Wilhelm, IT Director Central & Eastern Europe, Microsoft
He has worked 16 years in Software development, Consulting, Sales and IT Leadership roles before he joined Microsoft in 1996. In his time at Microsoft Mr. Wilhelm has worked in various roles like being responsible for Microsoft’s Data Centers along with the field Infrastructure and Security in EMEA, architecting a global organizational structure within MSIT and optimizing and designing Sales processes and Systems in Enterprise Sales. He is holding a diploma in electronics and communication engineering and is a six sigma green belt.
Sohail Altaf, Director – Global Delivery, Telenor Key Partner
Sohail Altaf is currently heading the IT Operations in a shared service center that is part of one of the leading telecommunications multinationals, Telenor. His responsibilities include IT functional areas of HR, Financials, Supply Chain along with release management and infra-structural deliveries. Sohail has over 14 years of experience in management of IT services, ERP implementation/support, software engineering, project management and business development while having worked in Europe and Asia. His specialties include strategy formulation and successful governance of IT operations, establishment of off-shore center providing world-class IT services, business process re-engineering with best practice implementation in oil and gas industry and IT project management particularly for e-banking applications. Before Telenor, Sohail has worked for Pakistan Petroleum, Netprosys and Clavis.
Donagh Healy, CIO, Vodafone Ireland
Donagh Healy is the CIO at Vodafone Ireland, the leading fixed & mobile telecoms operator in Ireland with 2.4 million customers, €1Bn revenue and multi-channel operations across online, mobile device, care and retail.Prior to joining Vodafone, Donagh was a partner in Accenture with twenty years experience in the retail, public sector and telecoms sector across Ireland, UK, Netherlands, US and Australia.
